Regular Acceptance: New students applying for admission to the school who meet all the admissions requirements may be accepted as Regular Acceptance. No restrictions are placed upon the applicant’s study and workloads or tuition fees. Students are considered in good academic standing.
Academic Probation: Students on Probation or Academic Accountability will receive an Academic Contract and will be required to meet with a Faculty Advisor once a month to assess progress during the semester and pay 100% of tuition fee.
This applies to:
New students admitted but do not meet one of the established minimum requirements expected for admission.
Students who have been in good academic standing but finish a semester with unpaid tuition fees.
Students who fail to make progress in completing the courses they have enrolled in as evidenced in finishing a semester with multiple Withdrawals and/or Incomplete.
Student Records: All records become the property of Areopagus Bible College & Seminary and are considered a part of the student’s official file and permanent record. Official Transcripts are only provided if they are officially requested.
Auditing Courses: Students are required to obtain the consent of the instructor in order to audit a course. It is not necessary to complete course requirements and no school credit is earned. Your transcript, however, will show that you audited the course. The regular attendance policy will apply to auditing students; students wishing to audit a course must fulfill the standard admission requirements.
