Tuition is charged on a per-course basis rather than as a single program payment. Students will be informed of applicable tuition, fees, payment methods, and payment deadlines before their course registration is confirmed.
The College accepts payments through Cash App or Paypal. Payment is due the week before the first day of course.
Students are responsible for purchasing required textbooks unless otherwise specified. Questions regarding tuition or payment arrangements may be directed to administrative offices.
Students who wish to cancel their registration or withdraw from a course should submit written notice to Areopagus Bible College & Seminary.
The notice should include the student's full name, course title, and request to cancel or withdraw. The College will acknowledge the request and provide information concerning the effective withdrawal date, applicable charges, and any available refund.
Students are encouraged to notify the College promptly rather than simply discontinue attendance. Withdrawal and financial obligations will be administered according to the College's published policies and applicable law.
Areopagus Bible College & Seminary is dedicated to providing students with clear, transparent guidance regarding course registration and tuition. To support thoughtful planning, our refund schedules are outlined below:
Prior to the First Day of Class: Students who submit written notice of cancellation before instruction begins will receive a full refund of their per-course tuition.
After Instruction Begins: Because faculty and course resources are committed once classes commence, tuition is non-refundable following the start of instruction.
Independent Correspondence Courses: Due to the immediate distribution of independent study materials, tuition for correspondence courses is non-refundable upon enrollment.
Disbursement Schedule: Approved refunds are processed and issued within one week following the conclusion of the term.
All refund determinations are administered faithfully in accordance with published institutional policies and applicable legal standards. Students seeking additional information or a written summary of a specific refund assessment are warmly encouraged to contact the Administration Office.
